The Super-Haftspachtel MUR from Baufan is a gypsum putty around joints in filigree and prefabricated ceilings indoors (for surface qualities Q1-Q4 in drywall) ;Full surface smoothing and closing, as well as filling and filling holes and cracks of any size. The synthetic resin-modified and fiber-reinforced gypsum filler is characterized by its high stability, as well as its filling power and adhesion. In addition, the spatula does not swell, tear or shrink after application and can be extended to zero, so that smooth surfaces are created, which form the optimal substrate for subsequent wallpapering and painting work. Due to its smooth consistency, the water vapor diffusible super adhesive putty is suitable for the production of smooth or structured surfaces. Can be used on all mineral substrates (such as plaster, stone, concrete, aerated concrete, masonry, etc.) as well as on plasterboard, gypsum fiber, Cement fiber and similar drywall panels. Can also be used without joint tape for gypsum plasterboard panels that are mounted without tension.
Before use, make sure that the substrate is dry, stable and free of separating agents (dust, formwork oil, etc.). . Very smooth concrete and highly absorbent, sanding and chalking substrates must be pre-treated. Sanded surfaces and the cut edges of plasterboard should also be primed to bind dust and reduce absorbency. Mix the filler with water in a ratio of 2:1 (e.g. 1 kg adhesive filler in 600 ml water). Stir briefly again after three minutes before it can be applied. The applied filler should be processed within 45 minutes. The super adhesive putty can also be applied in thick layers in one operation and hardens evenly without sinking or cracking. The filled surfaces can be sanded after drying (approx. 24 hours).
Consumption: approx. 1 kg powder per square meter with an application thickness of 1 mm
