The white interior paint from SchimmelX is a solvent-free emulsion paint with film preservation for long-term protection of the paint film against fungal attack. The solvent-free and scrub-resistant emulsion paint is ideal for use on surfaces such as plaster, stone or concrete, but also on paintable (woodchip) wallpaper, existing emulsion paint coatings, polystyrene ceilings or plasterboard. It has a particularly high opacity and offers long-lasting protection against fungus. This indoor emulsion paint ensures even and streak-free results. The drying time is 6 to 8 hours, depending on room temperature, humidity and absorbency of the substrate.
First remove existing mold on the substrate to be painted with mold remover. A primer coat with a moisture blocker should be applied to substrates or surfaces with residual moisture. The substrate must be stable, dry and free of dust, grease and release agents. The color can be applied with a roller or with a brush. For the base coat, the paint can be diluted with a maximum of 10% water. Before the top coat is applied, the base coat must be completely dry. For a colored coat, the paint can be tinted with a maximum of 5% full tone and tinting paint or a maximum of 0.2% tinting concentrate. Clean tools with water immediately after use.
