*Note on discount promotions / discount levels for returns / cancellations

The discount levels granted (3% for orders over €300, 5% for orders over €500, and 10% for orders over €1,000) only apply if the final order value after any returns or partial cancellations reaches the respective promotional threshold.

If the order value falls below the respective limit after deduction of returned items, the discount will be adjusted retrospectively. This means:

If the remaining order value is below €300, the discount will be completely waived.

If it is between €300 and €499.99, only the 3% discount will remain.

If it is between €500 and €999.99, only the 5% discount will remain.

In this case, we will recalculate the difference or offset it against the refund amount.

*Additional promotional terms and conditions

In the event of a cancellation or a (partial) return, the discount will only be granted if the final order value after deduction of the returned items reaches the respective discount threshold (from $300, from $500, from $1,000).

If the order value falls below these limits due to the return, the discount granted will be adjusted accordingly and the difference will be charged or offset against the refund amount.

A customer account is required to benefit from the discount promotion. Guest orders or subsequent discounts are excluded.
