Wilckens anti-rust primer spray paint corrosion protection red-brown 400 ml
Wilckens rust protection primer is a high-quality spray paint with special rust prevention properties. After drying out, the surface is even. The spray paint is particularly suitable for painting metal and iron and provides reliable protection against corrosion. Remove loose old paint and rust and sand the surfaces thoroughly (wear a dust mask during this process). The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease before painting. Protect the object and the surroundings from spray mist. It is recommended to mask off parts that are not to be painted. Before use, bring the can to room temperature (20-25°C), temperature preferably between +10°C and +25°C, max. air humidity 60%. Shake well (approx. 2 minutes). Also shake occasionally during use. Spray distance approx. 25 cm. Spray several thin layers at intervals of approx. 2 minutes. Optimum painting result at approx. 20°C.

Toxic to aquatic organisms, with long-term effects. Repeated exposure may cause brittle or cracked skin. If medical advice is required, have the container or label ready. Keep out of the reach of children. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Do not smoke. Do not spray against naked flames or other sources of ignition. Do not stand or burn, even after use. Do not inhale aerosol. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures above 50 C degrees. Dispose of the contents / container in accordance with local regulations. Formation of explosive mixtures possible without sufficient ventilation. Contains: N-formylmorphine. Yield: approx. 2 m2 /400 ml depending on the substrate
Drying time: (at 20°C, 50% relative humidity) dust-dry: after approx. 15 minutes. Firm to the touch: after approx. 30 minutes. Recoatable: after approx. 1 - 2 hours. Sandable: after approx. 2 - 4 hours. Lower temperatures and higher humidity extend the drying time.
