Clean & Strip is a basic and finishing cleaner for all elastic floors such as linoleum, vinyl, PVC or CV. It is also suitable for cleaning natural and artificial stone floors. The mild yet effective cleaning agent removes waxes, cleaning care products, care films as well as adhesive residues and building soiling during final cleaning and is gentle on the material. The cleaner also has a low odour, is non-labelled, contains no added NTA or phosphates and has a low alkalinity.

Before using Clean & Strip, you should remove the coarse dirt. The product is only conditionally recommended for the basic cleaning of sealed wooden floors.

Application Clean & Strip by Dr. Schutz:

Remove coarse dirt by sweeping or vacuuming and mask off adjacent surfaces. Stubborn stains should be pre-treated with the undiluted Basic Cleaner and a pad.

Final cleaning of the building:

After the coarse dirt has been removed, the appropriately diluted Clean & Strip can be spread on the floor to be cleaned. Then leave to soak in for about 10 minutes. Work the surface thoroughly and slowly with a scrubbing brush or a single-disc machine and a suitable pad. It is recommended to work in sections, as the cleaning liquor should not dry on the floor. Then take up the cleaning liquor with a spray vacuum cleaner and hard floor adapter or a rubber squeegee with an absorbent wide mop. Finally, the surface must be reworked with clear water.

Dilute the application concentration with water 1:5 to 1:10 for final cleaning.
Final cleaning of new rubber tiles or particularly stubborn residues to remove mould wax: undiluted up to 1:3.
The dilution can be increased accordingly for minor soiling.

Basic cleaning:

Before basic cleaning, check the floor covering in an inconspicuous place for colour and material resistance. If necessary, wet the floor with clear water before treatment. After the coarse dirt has been removed, the diluted Clean & Strip can be spread over the surface. Then allow to soak in for 15-20 minutes. Work the surface thoroughly and intensively with a scrubbing brush or a single-disc machine and a suitable pad. It is recommended to work in sections, as the cleaning liquor should not dry on the floor. Then take up the cleaning liquor with a spray vacuum cleaner and hard floor adapter or a rubber squeegee with an absorbent wide mop. Finally, the surface must be reworked with clear water.

For household use, dilute in a ratio of 1:5.
In the contract sector, undiluted up to 1:3 (in this case, depend on the resistance of the care film).

Note:

Do not wet sensitive surfaces such as wood, metal or painted surfaces uncontrollably with the cleaning liquor.
If necessary, dilute the cleaner more and allow it to act briefly several times.
Wear rubber gloves during application and ensure good ventilation of the rooms to be cleaned.
Acceleration of drying can be achieved by heating or working with blowers. Note the longer drying times for absorbent coverings (e.g. Lino) and in joint areas, especially for LVT.
Store in a cool, dry place in the original sealed container.
Store under lock and key and out of reach of children.
For basic cleaning of floating floor coverings or poorly bonded coverings, especially LVT, keep the supply of cleaning liquor and the exposure time low by using smaller cleaning sections. Uncontrolled migration behind the covering can result in unpredictable damage

Consumption:

Basic cleaning: 10 m²/l undiluted up to 50 m²/l at dilution 1:5, with an application of wiping liquor of 100 ml/m².

Final cleaning: 100 m²/l at a dilution of 1:10, with a wiping solution of 100 ml/m². Consumption may vary considerably depending on the situation.

Range:

At 0.75l 7.5 m² undiluted, up to 75 m² at dilution 1:10.
